Al and Sheila Stever are Stever Building and Restorations.  The husband and wife team bring a wide variety of talents to their clientele.  Al a registered contractor and former sole proprietor of Nittany Drywall and Painting, has worked in Centre Region since the early 1990’s. Sheila is a PA Licensed Realtor with many years of hands-on business experience, having owned a kitchen remodeling company.  They joined forces for the much-needed renovation of the former “Schaeffer Hardware”, a downtown Bellefonte landmark, at 121/123 N. Allegheny.  Stever Building & Restorations, LLC formed in July 2015 and is a Woman Owned Small Business.
